April 3rd race got rained out at Williams Grove but we did go to Lincoln Speedway on April 4th with the Super Sportsman. We qualified and finished 17th.
Then April 11th the URC show at Bridgeport got rained out. So we loaded the Super Sportsman and theURC car and headed to Port Royal. We qualified the URC car with the 410's. We really only took it up there to shake it down. Because we had the new RouschYates motor in it.
The super sportsman we qualified throught the heat race.
But for the feature we had a motor problem we finished 21st.
On April 18th was our first show for URC at Delaware International Speedway. It was Art's first time at the track. He qualified 3rd in his heat race. He finished 18th in the feature.
Just want to let our fans know that nothing exciting has been happening. We went to Delaware on May 9th got to run warmups and got rained out. Then on May 16th we traveled to Selingrove Speedway to get there and get rained out. This weekend we're off to Bridgeport Speedway. Hopefully the sun will be out and we'll get to race.
May 23rd we were at Bridgeport Speedway. We had to qualify through the B-main. We started 22nd and was up to 9th position when a caution came out with three to go. Thats when he felt that he was getting a right rear flat. We finished 22nd
May 30th we were at Delaware Speedway. We qualified through the heat. We started 8th in the feature we were up to 7th position the car looked good. Then he pulled off the pace the motor was running a little hot.
June 5th-Williams Grove Rislone Sprint Nationals got rained out.
June 6th-we headed to Selinsgrove Speedway for the Jack Gunn Memorial race. There were 54 cars on hand for the race. It was Arts first time at the track. He had to qualify through the B-main but he did it. We started 22nd in the feature and finished 11th it was a good run.
June 13-Grandview
We got 2nd in our heat race and started 6th in the feature. We got 7 laps done in the feature when it started to rain. The race was rained out. The finish of that feature will be on July 25th when Urc is back at Grandview.
June 26th-Rislone Nationals at Williams Grove
Qualified through the heat. Art started 17th in the feature. But we were way off with the setup. Art finished 22nd.
June 27th-Delaware International Speedway
Art qualified third in the heat. Started 8th in the feature 1st lap he spun out. Had to go to the rear of the field. Art finished 15th.
July 4th-New Egypt
Qualified third in the heat. Started 4th in the feature. Two cars started to spin Art had know where to go. He snapped the right front wheel off the car. We finished 20th.
July 11th-Bridgeport Speedway
Qualified through his heat. Started 13th in the feature. Finished 13th
July 15th-Grandview Speedway
We qualified 2nd in the heat-started 4th in the feature and finished 6th
July 17th Big Diamond Speedway-Rained Out
July 18th-Lincoln Speedway
We had problems with getting the car started. Didn't make the heat race.
Art found the problem we made the B-main started 8th and finished 4th. Started 22nd in the feature and finished 16th
July 25th-Grandview Speedway
We had two features the first one was from June 13th. We started 6th and finished 6th in that feature.
The second we qualified through the heat. We started 17th in the feature. We finished 13th
August 1st-Delaware International
We qualified through the heat. We started 9th in the feature and finished 7th
August 7th-Williams Grove Speedway
We qualified through the heat race. Started 5th in the feature. But was off on the setup. We finished 18th
August 8th-Bridgeport Speedway
We had a very low car count we did qualify well for the feature. We finished 6th.
August 15th-Lincoln Speedway
We finished 2nd in our heat. Started 5th in the feature and finished 6th.
Urc is off for the next two weeks.
September 5th-Delaware International Speedway we finished 16th
Sept 6th-Georgetown Speedway We finished 12th and got hard charger award.
Sept. 19th- Bedford Speedway we finished 16th
Sept. 26th Delaware Internationa Speedway-got rained out
